Maximizing the available area on the site was a primary design challenge. The client requested a variance to reduce the garage setback along Elmwood Ave., creating a more usable back yard that spans the entire width of the property. We aspire to be pillars in the communities that we are a part of and strive to partner with like-minded brands and people to help elevate our customers' experiences. Jerry, a frequent customer and a huge fan of The Salad House food, marveled at how fit the restaurant was to serve quality food for all people. Jerry, a successful entrepreneur and operator in his own right, met with Joey and they quickly realized that, just like our salads, they make the perfect combination. With our strong model and our delicious menu, are positioned for incredible growth and we are excited to see our brand continue to expand its presence.

We have five locations open in New Jersey with three more signed and committed to opening. We strive to streamline your eating experience with quick and easy ways to order directly. Our mobile app offers a convenient ordering experience with a robust rewards program. We also participate in major delivery services and digital kiosks are available in select locations. Our diverse and customizable menu appeals to a variety of diets and lifestyles, including vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto and gluten-free. In addition, we do our best to accommodate all food allergies.

The salad house offers a variety of seafood dishes and salads of all kinds. We popped in to see the specials for the day. My daughter love shrimp, crabs and muscles. The place was nice with a cool atmosphere. The residence sits on a corner lot in a typical tract development where the lots measure 50’ x 150’. Because of its corner location, an adjacent house on its western border reduces the Ridgewood residence lot depth to a substandard dimension of 50’x 90’.
